What can I expect once I submit the product page for approval?

The product will be in the status of “Waiting Approval”. At this point, the product page will be locked for further editing by Publisher Admins and Users but can be viewed by clicking on the eye icon.

A Manager Admin will then review the product page, make any necessary edits or consult you for further changes, and then approve it once ready. The product will now have a status of “Published” and be able to be viewed on Nasdaq Data Link by clicking on the highlighted icon below (diagonal arrow with square). Your product will appear on Nasdaq Data Link’s search page within 1 week; our search indexes new products every Sunday. Note: Internal Nasdaq catalogue products are updated instantaneously.

If further edits to the product page are required, you must work with the Platform Operations team (datalinkonboarding@nasdaq.com) or a Manager Admin to make the required changes. Only Manager Admins can make edits to product pages after they are published on DataLink.
