How do I give my team members access to Manager and/or invite a new User to a particular Publisher?
There are two ways to invite a PublisherUser to Data Link Manager:
Navigate to Users on the left-hand side under the Publisher and select New User in the top right-hand corner.
Navigate to the Dashboard and select Users in the main area. Then select New User on the right-hand side.
Once New User is selected, the following modal will need to be completed. After submission an email will be sent to the Publisher User to access Data Link Manager. If the User has not created a Nasdaq Data Link account, they will be prompted to at that point.
Note: Selecting a User Group is optional. User Groups give users access to a bundle of products, but you can always grant users access to products individually if necessary. Users MUST be explicitly given Product Access. If no user group or user-level product access is provided, the user will not be able to view any products within that Publisher.
